  The receptionists were lovely, the GP (Dr Sukanta Das) was caring and actually took the time to listen to me and made me feel at ease. I am so grateful as I'm new to the area and don't have a regular GP here. I will definitely come back to Advantage. Thank you all, this is what I call professional yet caring medical practice.

  Extremely unhappy with reception as my mother had just got out of surgery and forgot to ask for pain relief. She asked to book another appointment they refused to book another appointment as she wasn’t allowed to book 2 appointments in 1 day. Told her she’d pass the message on to the doctor, and she knew about the situation. My mother then spoke to the doctor who informed her no message was passed on, she was in excruciating pain over night and reception didn’t care. Every time I’m in their reception will hang up from a call and bag the person. It’s just not professional and you really need to learn to have respect and maybe care about the clients. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Have many other bad experiences with this clinic.

  Leaving because of new receptionist and revolving door of doctors.. It is a training clinic so if you find someone you or your children trust and are comfortable with they probably won’t be there long term, and anyone who is there long term is hard to get in and see at the best of times..
  Recently booked an appointment for my daughter with a training receptionist, who was lovely (thankfully), letting her know we couldn’t book at a particular time because of a specialist appointment..
  At that specialist appointment I was told that I no longer had visible signs of dysplasia/squamous cells, after having to have a hysterectomy to prevent cervical cancer..
  Naturally I was elated (I’m only 43) and we totally forgot about my daughters appointment until half an hour after..
  I rang back to apologise and explain, as usually I’d give plenty of time to give the appointment to someone else, but I thought this was a pretty good reason to let it slip our minds..
  I was told by the make cmfrcfhin a low key facetious attitude that I still owed for the appointment, despite being on disability and a pension card, and that I would not receive anymore appointments until it was paid..
  I’ve been going to this doctors clinic for approx 5yrs because you could always get an appointment more often than not because no one was attached to the newer doctors, I later discovered..
  As they were told in an email I will pay the money owing because I don’t leave debts, but the minute I find another clinic I’m out and I’ll be taking our medical history there.
  I’m done being a Guinea pig for new doctors and then just hdś

  Administration at this practice is terrible. Immunisation records were incorrectly submitted for our children not once, but twice, a year apart causing much grief with their enrolments and childcare subsidies. Receptionists were extremely rude and unhelpful during the process to rectify their issue both times.

  Dr Manish Bhasin is a great first class GP to start with plus he is a great first class entrepreneur. 
  Advantage Medical and Dental is a first class community oriented medical clinic
