  DO NOT DEAL WITH EXTREME WATERSPORTS. My brother in law dropped in my regulator and tank in for a service just before Christmas 2016. I am still waiting for my regulator and its almost June 2017. My brother in law and I have been into the shop on numerous occasions, the manager/ owner? has excelled with his variety of excuses. "It is stolen goods, we are waiting on an 'o' ring ( that's been used a lot). The reg is obsolete". Bottom line is they don't have my regulator (lost it?) and have never offered a replacement while they hopefully find it. Every time we go in asking for it, I/we have to leave our name and number. As if they don't have it multiple times already. Each time I have been into the store I have had to wait over 20 min for service. Extreme water sports have no understanding or comprehension of customer service. THEY SUCK.

  Refreshing to be treated courteously. Saved my day!
  After being let down by another Peninsula Dive Shop and with less than an hour and a half before our dive boat left Sorrento Jetty. We arrived at Extreme Watersports needing a lot of help. Sam (who is a legend) was able to fill cylinders, provide wetsuits, BCD's and regualtors within minutes and all with a smile. He even apologised on behalf of the other dive shop as he said 'it makes us all look bad'. A lot more than the other shop were able to mutter. We made our boat and had an incredible dive of South Fort. Later in the day we came back to purchase some tank refills and were promptly told they are free with the hire. How good is that?!
  Sam looked after us for the day and the equipment return and I couldn't recommend him and Watersports Extreme enough. Give them a little extra time if you can, they are hella busy and I understand the owner is currently under the weather leaving his staff to run things. Great guys all.
